Our Corporate Commercial Group in conjunction with our Securities and Capital Markets, Financial Services and Tax Groups provides comprehensive and specialized advice and legal services in all aspects of domestic and international business. Our Corporate Commercial Group, a multi-disciplinary team of over 100 professionals, provides advice and assistance to business enterprises from start ups to large and sophisticated public corporations.
