- Has lectured extensively for the Canadian Bar Association and various municipal groups on municipal liability issues

- “Preliminary Considerations in Products Liability,” a manual for the Canadian Bar Association considering conflicts of laws and concurrent tort/contract liability issues.
- “The Liability Crisis: Sewer and Watermain Failures,” a paper presented to the Municipal Engineers Association.
- Co-author of “Maintenance of Highways and Roads - How has the Standard of Care Shifted?” prepared for 4th Annual Canadian Institute seminar on Provincial/Municipal Government Liability, February 26 and 27 1998, with Michael C. Smith.
- Contributions to the Municipal Law section of the Canadian Bar Association.
